New and refreshed web presence (launching in 2024) An improved and complete masterbrand ID Book including the new VICE Grotesk Type family design in collaboration with Nizar Kazan Studio. “Visually almost entirely created within the analog domain utilising the primary colours of light & digital displays (RGB), a trio of Red, Green & Blue distorted shapes rotate and unite into a singular VICE logo representing diverse global voices forming a powerful unified statement. Sonically sub frequencies along with subtle textures & simple melody reflect VICE’s rebellious attitude, cultural integrity & curious nature, a harmonious combination of perceptive subject matters & bold statements, the brands past, present & future.”

The VICE GLOBAL LOGO ID project is an award winning collection of animated VICE logos that showcase a range of talented artists from around the world. The goal was to create an ongoing collaborative channel to elevate the visionary spirit of the brand, while celebrating the voices of the global creative community.

VICE new iconic custom typaface VICE Grotesk. Designed in collaboration with Swiss designer Nizar Kizan. It’s timeless with a slight twist and represents the range of stories VICE tells. It allows for brand to have it’s own identity within a crowded editorial space.

Creator of The VICE Global Photo Correspondent project. A new collaboration assignment with emerging photographers around the world. They are hired by VICE to work as photo correspondents for a period of time, providing us with unique and original images that will become part of our new global archival photo library.

As global cultural ambassadors and to give voice and support to the unheard, I created and curated a new platform for emerging, undiscovered and visionary photographers around the world whose work has never been seen before outside of their immediate geographic regions. This initiative will constantly be feeding the vice global image archive with fearless, curious and fresh perspectives.
